Who am i?
Im Henrik, a 35 year old jack of all trades. I started exposing 35mm film when I was 13. My granddad got me a Canon Point-and-shoot and I was hooked. In my teens I spent a few years studying abroad. I have a degree in Veterinary Medicine and did my thesis on environmental toxicology in the arctic. I spent 3 months as a research fellow, for a PhD project in Nuuk, Greenland.
I started my photo business back in uni, and was spending every penny I made on equipment. I worked freelance for a variety of production companies on the weekends and went to school during the week. Back then it was a lot of RedBull commercials and content for larger danish companies where I assisted as a grip, gaffer, assistant photographer etc.
Over the past decade I have had the pleasure of working on some very exiting people, on some really exiting projects. In my business I have my own clients, but I also get a lot of work from agencies and production companies in Copenhagen. For larger productions I assist as DP, drone op, underwater DOP or gyro/remote head op.
Over the years I have build up a great network within the Copenhagen based film community which allow me to source the right people for the right jobs.
